Justina has been living in the community of Uyarani in the Altiplano of Bolivia for 40 years. Each family in her village dedicates themselves to raising their one hundred llamas for dried meat called charque and wool to take to markets. The young people are beginning to leave Uyarani for modern lifestyles in the city, but thanks to the non-profit energy organization Energetica, the community now has solar panels for elecricity that powers a pump for water during the dry season.
